Eine echte Eggersfrau
International Women's Day is an opportunity to pause and consciously recognize the achievements of women. We spoke to Sabine Hinrichs to mark the occasion. She began her career at BACKHUS 25 years ago as a receptionist and has been Team Leader of Internal Sales since 2011. her department consists of six women and occasionally a male trainee.
When asked about her career path, she reflects thoughtfully. It was not always a predetermined path, but rather a series of seized opportunities, hard work and her many years of experience in the company.
She also had reservations before accepting a management position, but she faced them with determination. Her motto "You don't always need a plan, sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens" has guided and strengthened her along the way.
